- 30 October 1990: Transport Development Investment Company was established under the Decision No.1988/QD/TCCB-LD issued by Minister of Transport and Post;
- 16 June 1993: Transport Development Investment State-owned Company was established under the Decision No.1190/QD/TCCB-LD;
- 15 May 1995: Transport Development Investment Company was transferred to Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No. 6 (CIENCO 6) under the Decision No.2767/QD/TCCB-LD;
- 18 May 2005: Transport Development Investment Company was transferred to Long An Provincial People's Committee for its management;
- 26 March 2007: Long An Provincial People's Committee approved the plan of transforming Transport Development Investment Company into Transport and Industry Development Investment Limited Company;
- 16 June 2007: Transformed into Transport and Industry Development Investment Limited Company;
- 10 June 2008: Representative authority of the State capital at Transport and Industry Development Investment Limited Company was transferred from Long An Provincial People's Committee to the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC);
- 11 December 2012: The State Capital Investment Corporation issued the Decision No.31/QD-DKDV.HDTV on approving the plan of transforming Transport and Industry Development Investment Limited Company into a joint stock company;
- 04 April 2013: Transformed from one-member limited company into a joint stock company under the name as Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company;
- 20 February 2017: Became a public company;
- 17 May 2017: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 26 May 2017: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 04 October 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND382,301,920,000;
- 13 December 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND423,023,700,000;
- November 13, 2020: Increased the charter capital to VND472,945,900,000;
- March 29, 2021: Increased the charter capital to VND822,945,900,000;
